Very helpful staff that will go out of their way to help in any way they can. They are the only pharmacy I will deal with!
Great customer service, even in times of distress. They also have a great selection of over the counter items as well as toiletries....all at prices that meet or beat the big box pharmacies!
When my 2 year old grandson needed Vibramycin suspension for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, I called every big box pharmacy in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. COSCO in Greensboro referred me to Gate City, which was the only pharmacy that had it in stock, preventing a hospital admission. You'd think it can't get any better than that, but there was a Build a Bear close by, so that helped to entertain this very sick toddler while his prescription was prepared.
