Some of the absolute best customer service I have received in a long time. The manager Beverly was the an absolute pleasure to talk with. I had a very bad experience with the automated U-Haul app, but Beverly saved that company a customer. Also, I believe another employee, Kiki( sorry if wrong) was of great help. I will definitely use them in the future and skip the whole automated thing. They proved caring and customer service is not dead. Thank you guys

Best place EVER! I've had my unit there for over 5 yrs since I moved out of state and the Mgr is soooo awesome and nice. You don't find that kind of Customer Service these days! Check it out!
