I waited to see Dr. Souto for 2 hours and fourth minutes and finally decided to leave after speaking to the office manager twice. I asked for a refund on my co payment. Never have I ever waited so long for a doctor visit. The do not value your time. Ridiculous! I do not recommend Gastro Med!
I am writing to share my experience with Gastro Med, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. I was a patient at Gastroenterologist Cristina Marin's office for two years, during which time I underwent various tests and treatments without a conclusive diagnosis. Throughout this period, I primarily saw her assistant rather than Dr. Marin herself, which I found frustrating. This is the worst place to go for a doctor's office. Parking is impossible. I don't recommend it. Be careful with the appointment system; they use a scam system. The staff doesn't care about the patients. Poor organization and unprofessional staff.
