If I could give this office 0 stars I would. My procedure was denied multiple times because of the lack of organization and the lack of attention to detail from the doctor and her staff. Go anywhere else BUT HERE. They also call at the most inconvenient times and then don’t pick up when you call them back. It is nearly impossible to get an appointment because they put on you hold for minutes on end and when they pick up the phone is to tell you to wait a little longer. Unbelievable.

Acabo de llamar para solicitar ayuda sobre una prescripcion MAL hecha en este sitio, y la mujer que me atendio la llamada fue excesivamente grosera y despota solo para dar informacion, no entiendo como pueden contratar este tipo de personas para servicio al cliente , si una persona los contacta es porque esta enferma y necesita ayuda, no malos tratos, al final me colgo la llamada y jamas me dio solucion... EL PEOR SERVICIO.
