Xander and Paola in Ancillary Services are the best. They make each and every visit a pleasure.
I see alot of ppl having the same issue. I had appointment at 2:15pm. Was seen at 3:40pm. Was there to see doctor for my surgery. Didnt even see the doctor. They didn't even know what i was there for. Appointment was set since Oct 2024. They also had 2 patients that where late go in front of me. Keep in mind I was there since 1:55pm. “Mi experiencia en esta clínica fue verdaderamente espectacular. Desde el momento en que entras hasta que sales, la atención y el servicio son excepcionales en todos los aspectos. Era mi primera vez aquí y sinceramente no tengo ninguna queja. Si pudiera darles más estrellas, sin duda lo haría.”
Mala experiencia, no me explicaron bien como era la preparación para la colonoscopia y no tuve tiempo de consultar ya que la preparación 12 horas antes del estudio, no tolere la preparación y no lo pude cancelar porque su política debe ser 72 horas antes así que me tocó pagar $145, y ni siquiera en la factura dicen el motivo, consulten bien antes de hacerse este estudio.
I’m not sure which Gastromed locations others may have experienced, but the one at 11440 Kendall Drive, Suite 306 has been nothing short of amazing for my family and me. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with kindness and professionalism. There are no long waits .. certainly not 1, 2, 3, or 4 hours like some people mention.
