My experience with the office staff was unfortunate. First, they scheduled my colonoscopy procedure at a facility that does not accept my insurance. Then, I tried calling the office several times to schedule a new appointment, and they always told me, "The person in charge is busy right now; we will call you back." They never returned my calls. I tried contacting them again regarding the appointment, but I never received any help. I did not receive good service.
