Personal con poco conocimiento, poco atento y nada profesional. Mucho tiempo de espera aunque tengas cita, no contestan los teléfonos y mucho menos devuelven la llamada. Nada de empatía con el paciente.
I tried to like this office. The phone wait times and in person are outrageous. I got treatment twice and still cannot get rid of H pylori, I found out I was recently preganant and was told my reception that, shouldn’t matter and that I will receive a callback in regards. Now I call because no one called back as usual, and they told me I cannot take a test not even a stool test and that I have to get the order now from my Obgyn to get retested for H pylori. Ellos me enviaron un bill de $45 por no show y yo no tenía ninguna cita programada con ellos, incluso les llamé y me dijeron debe ser un error del sistema porque no aparecía en el schedule, de igual manera no tenía ningún procedimiento con ellos porque para eso tenía que ver a mi doctora primero que no es en esa oficina y hace muchos meses que me dejé esta gente por al mal rollo que son. Pues resulta que hacen fraude con tu información haciéndote citas y después te cobran por no show. Le pido encarecidamente a esta instituci... read more
