I have been a patient at Gastro Med/Dr.Andrade since 2021, and unfortunately, after my most recent experiences, I feel the need to leave this review. I had an appointment this past Friday. The office even called me beforehand asking if I could come in earlier, so I left work early to accommodate them. When I arrived, I was told I could not be seen because I had a $298 balance but that if I paid $100, the doctor would see me. My issue is not simply that there was a balance. Worst place anyone can come to see a doctor and have medical procedure like Endoscopy,Colonscopy,Gastroscopy. The employees have no Ethical Training,I dont know how OSHA and JCAHO,BBB have not gotten complaints yet. Simple security guards think they are police officer,with attitude and all. My husband went for a procedure and my son had to leave,because there was no parking space,nor they would open the parking spaces they had. They want to do procedure on patients,but expect there family members that are going to drop them ... read more

Mi.experiencia en la.oficina de la.8 st y la.51 fue lo.mas desagradable, tienes q cancelar tu cita y te lo.dejan saber cuando llegas q ay 3 horas de atraso por una emergencia de ellos y as� y todo no.te garantizan q el.cobrompor cancelaci�n sea echo. Nada cooperativo el.staff no recomiendo para nada esa oficina, un poco mas de empata por favor. My experience at the office on 8th Street and 51st Street was extremely unpleasant. Lo peor de lo peor. No te curan los medicamentos que te mandan. La endoscop�a es un problema para que te la hagan, te hacen perder la ida y el tiempo y no hacen nada. Las instalaciones parecen salidas de pa�ses del tercer mundo. Terrible por donde se mire
