I called concerned may have a problem. They were courteous and understanding on the phone, and yes, I spoke with a real human and didn’t have to wait 45 minutes. They got me in very quickly and we’re taking steps to check it out now. I was very impressed with a professional manner it was handled. I felt comfortable discussing my issue and was retreated respectfully.
