Can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to, it’s always texting. I’ve been waiting for 4 weeks for the results of my CT scan of abdomen. I paid a copay of $355.00 and I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. I have to send my messages through text and most of the time the site won’t load up. I’m extremely frustrated with the way this office is run. Always asking for a survey on how they are doing and never fix any issues.
The nurse practitioner was excellent, very competent and understanding.

First time not a lot of answers but I’ve never been to medical school so i don’t know it’s hard I’m guessing and to see that Miranda Shelly was willing to really help me figure it out the second visit because the first try didn’t work was enough for me.
Great team. Very professional, listening to every question I had, address all concerns and made me feel I was being well taken care of.
