Very professional wonderful bedside manner
Be careful. This practice will bill you over and over again hundreds of dollars for a preventative service paid for by insurance that is not supposed to have any out of pocket cost for the patient. And they will charge you a co-pay on the day of service then never refund you for that amount. Doctors were great. Billing department is the problem.
I would not go back to this group. I went through expensive tests and checks. They couldn't provide any diagnosis or useful advice afterward, only more bills. I was treated more like an open wallet than a person with chronic gastro issues.
WORST DOCTOR’S OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. STAY AWAY!!!! They don’t follow up about anything, don’t tell you test results, can’t schedule appointments, don’t answer the phone or questions, etc. I have been trying to deal with them for a couple years now & I have finally had enough. They were supposed to follow up with further testing, they never scheduled it, never called me. I have completely wasted my time there & seriously regret it. Don’t play with your health there.
I had an awful experience, do not go here. I was not taken seriously and he said because of my age it couldn’t be anything serious but how would you know unless you check? Everybody is different I still experience pain 2 weeks after the visit with no clear answer on what the problem is. I called them multiple times to schedule an colonoscopy and the receptionist said his assistant would give me a call back and never did I went thru that about 3 more times before I realized I would never get seen.
