i’m the first to say when I’m not satisfied with care, but my experience was really exceptional. Nurse listened when I said that IV should go in my left arm(doctors always try my right arm even when I tell them I know it won’t work). Procedure went fast & I was taken care of the whole way. It’s stressful enough trying to get better so I appreciate everything.
