Now I see why the reviews are bad. Cut throat. I was told two different locations so I accidentally went to R street I guess, so when I realized I was going to be 10 mins late I called to let them know and they lied and said it was fine… but it wasn’t. They never communicated with each other. The lady with straight brown hair and with the cold eyes at the front desk is rude and frankly shouldn’t work in healthcare. No compassion. I have to say, the compassion and sense of urgency are seriously lacking at gastroenterology specialty. Not only was doctor Antonson a raging A- hole to me, my husband and my mother, but the nursing staff don't seem to care either. I hope none of them have to spend the holidays not eating/ or getting sick if they do, because no one would get back to them. I was actually told to go to the ER or call my GP. Well of course I was told to go back to GI because they wrote the scripts. Happy Holidays!
