The staff is friendly and professional. Check in was fast and the wait to see Dr Lord was minimal. He’s a knowledgeable professional and easy to talk to. Great experience.
The moment you walked in the service was stellar from the office staff to Dr. Lord who has the best bed side manners and patience. Very easy to talk to and so happy that I found him.
Dr Lord and his staff are amazing. Everyone’s bedside manner is wonderful. I drove from Destin fl to have my procedure done by him.
Dr.Nam has pleasent bedside manner which is why it is so odd for the office and billing staff of this business to be so uncaring,disrespectful and rude. To let a patient know that have a very hefty sum owed only two days before a procedure is so unprofessional, but to go a step further and not try to work with the patient at all is even more inhumane.
