I wish I could give this place zero stars. The communication here is absolutely horrible. I had an appointment in November with Dr. Olivier and explained that I was struggling to afford my medication, which costs around $8,000 a month. She told me she would do some “behind the scenes” work to see if anything could be done or if there was an alternative. Fast forward to January 5th, and no one ever followed up with me. I have battled H.Pylori for the last year - which causes stomach cancer (there’s a reason why the ages of stomach cancer have risen in the younger generation with an extremely alarming rate) he’s starting to get sick himself slowly but surely and that’s exactly how I started. Scott was 45 min late for my first appointment and then rushed me through the visit and cut me off frequently. A month later, I reported severe symptoms and needed counseling. It was over 2 days before I received a call back. By then, I had already visited the ED. If you want quality care, you should look elsewhere.
When I first met with Dr. Lipcan, he came across as condescending and dismissive. Did not take me seriously, felt my belly, asked a few questions about my history - and his take away was to limit my Marijuana use.
