They all were great and especially PBoyd. She is terrific she makes you feel very comfortable and you can’t help but tell how wonderful of a human being she is. More than satisfied
I had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Pamala (N.P). My experience was excellent. Ms. Pamala was very knowledgeable, patient, professional, detailed. Pamela Boyd NP was attentive and listened to me. She was thorough and provided me with her contact information and instructions to contact if I needed her. I was extremely comfortable and left feeling informed.
I genuinely like Dr. Tanner and feel he is knowledgeable and caring. However, my recent experience with the administrative side of the practice was disappointing. I underwent a Video Capsule Endoscopy that ultimately failed due to a medication interaction that should have been identified during pre-procedure screening. My medication list was not reviewed or updated prior to the test, and the procedure produced no diagnostic results. Communication afterward was frustrating. Pamela Boyd was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in a simple way so that you can understand. I love tge fact that she makes herself available for further questions even after you leave the office. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience
