I received a letter in the mail to call this office and setup an appointment. I have called multiple times and get voice mail. I leave a message and no one ever calls back. I'm sure the Doctors who do the work are great but the front office that handles the business side of things is destroying their business. I find it ironic that in the form letter they send out it states "take charge of your health and schedule an appointment today". Yet you cannot get a hold of anyone to schedule that appointment. Totally impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness… Dr. Arluk and his staff were extremely considerate of my nervousness before my procedure…They answered all of my questions and the care before and after the procedure was excellent!
THEY called me to make an appointment. Weeks later, I get there and they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Though they set up my appointment? Then to top it off, I was willing to pay out of pocket due to this being urgent. They denied me as well.
A true example of doctors that want your money, not your well-being.
