No one picks up the phone. It has been three months…
Keep getting a recorded message to schedule an appointment. No one pics up.
My experience trying to get help through this office has been very negative. Not only is it difficult to get in touch, but I have been seeking help from this doctor for 10 months with no improvement of very painful abdominal attacks. They prescribed me medication and ran a few tests but my situation is not improving. I have been to the emergency room three times. They send me to the doctor. I'd like to give this company a five. I was a patient of theirs with no problem at all until I called about my appt follow up. I was told " We don't take Veterans anymore." I almost dropped the phone. No warning, No referrals No information on how to retrieve my medical records No letter warning of this. NOTHING! If I wouldn't of called I would not of known.. There is no excuse for this. They have some patients lifes in there hands. This IS patient abandonment.
It’s hard to find the words to fully express my experience at this practice. To start, Megan was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is truly out of this world. From the moment she walked into the room until the end of my appointment—and even walking me all the way to checkout (who does that anymore?
