My experience trying to get help through this office has been very negative. Not only is it difficult to get in touch, but I have been seeking help from this doctor for 10 months with no improvement of very painful abdominal attacks. I'd like to give this company a five. I was a patient of theirs with no problem at all until I called about my appt follow up. I was told " We don't take Veterans anymore." I almost dropped the phone. No warning, No referrals No information on how to retrieve my medical records No letter warning of this. NOTHING! If I wouldn't of called I would not of known.. There is no excuse for this. They have some patients lifes in there hands. This IS patient abandonment.

It’s hard to find the words to fully express my experience at this practice. To start, Megan was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner is truly out of this world. From the moment she walked into the room until the end of my appointment—and even walking me all the way to checkout (who does that anymore? Hannah Hangs Up Very unprofessional experience. I asked a valid question, but the staff member kept dodging the question and ultimately hung up on me. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where communication is important. Office staff are often the first point of contact and represent both the practice and the doctors. Situations like this reflect poorly on the entire office. I had an endoscopy procedure here and unfortunately had a very bad experience with the IV placement. The nurse tried multiple times to find a vein in my left arm, and after several attempts my arm became swollen and very painful. I asked to switch arms and requested ice because I could barely move my arm. After the procedure, the pain continued and got worse over the next day.
