I had an endoscopy procedure here and unfortunately had a very bad experience with the IV placement. The nurse tried multiple times to find a vein in my left arm, and after several attempts my arm became swollen and very painful. I asked to switch arms and requested ice because I could barely move my arm. After the procedure, the pain continued and got worse over the next day. I have been a patient with this practice for 14 years. Ever since they partnered with Capital Digestive Care, the quality of service and care consistently decreases over time. I am now at the point that I am actively looking for a new doctor and practice.
Just recently had my first Colon Screening and was really nervous. The office helped me step by step by letting me know what to do and made me feel comfortable on the procedure day. The doctor and staff kept me informed and asked questions. I highly recommend!
