Absolutely the worst!!! Initially loved Dr Robbins! Then when he wasn't smart enough to figure out what was wrong with me he assumed I was drug seeking!!! Turns out I had pancreatic cancer!!! Then had the audacity to bill me a ridiculous amount for a in hospital consultation after I fired him from my care. If your just doing regular checkups then your good but having issues please seek other care. Never been treated as poorly in my life and I was very ill.
On March 6th, 2017 i was 20 years old i was diagnosed with Crohn's, Dr.Robbins did my Colonoscopy and was the one who diagnosed me. That is the only time i ever saw him. His nurses and staff never listened to me and my symptoms. I was doing everything right eating right the whole nine yards. I kept telling them i was hurting, the vitamins they prescribe were not helping nothing. This office sucks. They have filed my preventative coloscopy as diagnostic which now costs me out of pocket. Over $600 I have to pay. They did the same thing to me with my first colonoscopy 8 years ago. Just a way to screw the patient and get more money.
I had a great experience here. As a patient one of the thing you want is for someone to listen to what you are saying and to care about you. He was excellent in both areas. In addition he intentionally went above and beyond to follow up with a letter. Overall a great experience
As a new patient, Dr. Robbins diagnosed my condition quickly and accurately and prescribed a treatment that worked. I followed his advice and instructions and have had remarkable results. No more medication is necessary! I’m thrilled he was intuitive, and possessed the expertise to detect the problem immediately.
