I was in the office mid July for a very early morning appointment and was charged $26.29 upfront and the person that took my card also took another client's card along with both if our IDs at the same time in the same hand which absolutely is not acceptable. Those needed to be 2 different interactions and taking cards one after another and returning all of the personal information to each client in between.
