First time with a new GI and it was a tele-med appointment! I was extremely pleased! Dr. Ali was ON TIME, relaxed, listened well and I felt like he really cared! Gave me great info, so I scheduled my procedure with him! Office staff is outstanding... kind, help, responsive and ATTENTIVE... never had to repeat myself!

Have been going to them for many years and both my wife and I think that Dr. Hayes Arnold is just the best. Always helpful, never in a hurry to push you along to get to next patient. Trust is a key with a doctor/patient relationship. We both feel that trust when Dr. Arnold prescribes treatment. Some of the office staff have been there for many years also, a good indicator of a great practice.
