Arnold which was over the phone he was pleasant carrying new a lot of things that I needed to have done I will be seeing him on Friday the 28th for a procedure where I'll meet him in person he seems very kind conscientious and I am looking forward to meeting him but not the procedure
I had my colonoscopy with polypectomy on August 3,2020 at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio with Dr. Zerema Singson. I was ver grateful because it was done smoothly by her and with the help of the Almighty Father. Although, I felt nervous before but as the procedure goes on I was then very comfortable because I knew and very sure that I was in good hands. While I never love getting a colonoscopy, I know it's important and I have been to GCSA for my last two. Both times I had a very good experience and excellent care, including explanations afterward and more follow-up if I had needed it. Most recently, I was impressed with the efficiency of the whole procedure -- very short waits between each step -- and the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. Dr. Masters and his whole "crew" did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
In my opinion, Dr. Swann is the best gastroenterologist there is and would not go to anyone but him.

My overall experience was great. The staff was very welcoming and informative. I was nervous and they helped to make the process as smooth as possible. From the nurse that did the intake to the nurse who discharged me, they kept me well informed and comfortable. The office followed up with me several times to ensure all was well. I was very satisfied with my overall experience and highly recommend.
