I went to Gastroenterology Consultants because I had at least two internal grade #1 hemorrhoids and one external grade #4 hemorrhoid. The CRH ORegan System of rubberbands was used. I was told that by my third banding the larger, external hemorrhoid will shrink enough that it can be banded as well. It wasn't, so then I was referred to Unity and had surgery to remove the grade #4 hemorrhoid (and there was still one internal hemorrhoid left to treat as well). I would have no problem giving them a recommendation. If anyone needed a gastroenterologist, I would direct them here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Does this gastroenterologist use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
