only cause I had to give a star. my primary called in my referral to them. they called me about 2 weeks later made a appointment for October 30 24 they took all my information just for them to call me 2 weeks later to cancel it cause they aren't taking new patients they don't care if your having severe gi issues. why call someone amd make the appointment and they aren't excepting new patients. this place needs shut down.

Do not go here. Have been having severe GI issues for weeks and called - was told they did not have my referral 3 times upon calling, then I get a call that they have a referral and scheduling - on the phone I was told 9/24 and on my chart scheduling it stated 8/23. Called for clarification twice and was told it is 8/23. Called for my script for prep today and the appointment was moved with no information to me to 9/24. I wouldn't let my dog go see the gi doctor at this place because he didn't do anything for my dad are my great uncle

This department is poorly run, scheduling is a nightmare, then they only run part of the tests that were ordered. Had two separate problems with this department, there won't be a third. Go anywhere but here is my opinion.
