Was seen in office for an issue post a hospital visit. Called two days ago for help with meds and never received a call back. Called today again to try and get help and was told they’d never seen me or diagnosed me even though I have paperwork, prescribed meds, and receipts proving otherwise. They literally told me to go back to the ER. NEVER AGAIN. RUN TO ANY OTHER GI YOU CAN FIND!
I wouldn’t give them that if I had lower this is the worst place I’ve ever been to they never get back to you when you leave messages !!! The person who does call to relay messages calls twice tells you 2 different things !!! The dr evidently doesn’t have time to fool with you when you do give specific things going on !!
I called to make an appointment with a doctor, I made the appointment then call back later to find out who I was going to see since they wouldn't tell me when I made the appointment evidently the dawsonville office all you can see is a nurse practitioner , had I known that I wouldn't have made the appointment. When you're going to a specialist you're not there to see a nurse practitioner you're there to see a doctor . And they hung up on me when I cancel the appointment.
Kind, considerate, competent, very pleased with my experience there from everyone.
