I’ve been crying out for help for so long and they have promised calls back. I’ve suffered and suffered. They haven’t ran more test. They haven’t listened to my cry out they instructed me to try other laxatives which landed me into the hospital with bleeding from it. I’ve very sick now after 8 months at the least of crying out for help. I’ve seen PAs I’ve told them the importance it is I see doctor long and they say she is booked months out after I seen her for my upper gi and colon screening.
I just got a bill for this place and it is almost $300 for a simple consultation. And it was a horrible appointment and I’m never going back.
Whomever is in charge of the admin staff at this office is failing the business. Nothing gets done in a timely manner or at all. Not even a simple phone call.
I have been a patient of this practice for 20 years, and was waiting for a letter about scheduling a 5 year follow up appointment. They sent me a false letter saying they made several attempts to contact me about a follow up test, but were unsuccessful. It is a bold face lie. Never heard from them. The only way of contact they provided me in the letter was 302-738-5300. I called the number in the morning to make an appointment.
