Staff is incredibly rude, short, and unprofessional. Find a different gastroenterologist, these people are awful

Every 1 star rating is telling the truth. The doctor might be ok, but you will never know for the poor service you get from the front desk. Scheduled for an appointment for 10:45. Show up at 10:42. They say the appointment was for 10:30 and must reschedule. The office was empty! There is no customer service here. The women at the desk are rude and when you get upset the threaten you with cops. It's laughable. I will file a grievance with Tricare. They should not be providers for vets and their families. If you get a referral... read more

Rude & unhelpful. Went this morning as I've been having severe pain, the front desk told me my appointment (second appt) wasn't at this office, but at the south location -- they did not tell me this on the phone, and my previous appt was at this location. She almost joyfully told me she would be cancelling my appointment since there was no way for me to make it to the other location on time.
