I was referred by my doc. Appt set 3 months out. I made the appt and verified they took my insurance as my doc never verifies. They took it so booked the appt. I could not remember the name of the place but had the phone number. I call and they say I do not have an appt. I call again a day or so later thinking it was an error. I am told again no appt..
