The PA I see is excellent. She provides information and gives good advice. Plus she explains things to me. Definitely 5 star!
Terrible customer service. Tried scheduling a simple procedure about 10 times and was on hold for over an hour each time. I ended hanging up each time and calling back the next day and was met with the same situation. I finally called the front desk number & explained my need for the procedure and help with scheduling and was told that I was wrong and they don't have people waiting over an hour on the phone and that it's not true.
