Great receptionist and doctor. Very satisfied.
Don't bother trying to become a new patient here. This place spent two months going back and forth with me gathering medical records. I've spend hours of time on the phone with them(they have a horribly long wait time for every phone call), only to be told they aren't willing to take me on as a patient because "they don't feel they can offer anything different". What a giant waste of my time. I would give them zero stars if google would let me.
I saw Dr. Thomas Malikowski yesterday and he was extremely professional. After being misdiagnosed for another provider, saw another GI and still not confident with their way to work, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Malikowski and I can’t recommend him enough. He was so patient and calm and very kind. He asked how he could help and answered all my questions without rushing me. One of the first times I felt like a MD really and genuinely was trying to help. I have been a patient since Early 2008. I had a endoscopy procedure done in March of 2018. Today I was advised I needed a current endoscopy. When going to schedule the procedure, I was informed my account was locked. The head of billing Pam came down and stated that I owed $505.00 from the procedure done in March 2018. She states that I had no insurance at the time. I could clearly see the notes from February stating that BCBS Medicaid was terminated February.
