Read the fine print event with great insurance a screen said to be free; 90% of patients have some type of finding and ended up getting a $1500 bill. They do cover that in the paper work but forget to tell you the chances they will find something. Going with colo gard next, my PCP highly suggest it with a 92 % accuracy.
Great experience during the procedure, not so great with billing. I paid my co-pay on the day of the procedure but they can’t seem to find where they posted it. My credit card was charged but they keep billing me, even after I provided my receipt. I will try to get it straightened out, again.
i have been getting the run around for a balance due bill from this clinic since August. My insurance is Medicare Advantage through Kaiser Permanente and according to them I owe nothing. This balance due bill is for $900.00 and it's beginning to feel like a scam. Every time I call they say that it has been sent to "upper management" to get resolved. My next step is to go to the clinic in person and ask to speak directly to "upper Management". I'll keep posting updates as I have new info.
They have changed the name of the new company. The previous owners were great and most of the original employees are still there. Excellent customer service and a beautiful building.
