RecommendedI’m loving the Genesis Convenient Care Now App! 2 weeks ago My son had an ear ache and this week My daughter has step throat. Never had to make them leave home when they were feeling ill. Never had to wait in a waiting room full of other sick kids. Took about 5 minutes and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy before I could even call them. Cost me $15 a visit!

Poor service and 0 patient relation skills
my husband and son have both been here in the past and Dr. Sharm told us it was nothing for both of them. my 2 year old had constipation and my husband has pneumonia. We just took my son to the ER to get actually help. she told us to just keep doing what we were doing. she was an awful woman. very impatient and showed no care at all. told us the place is for urgent things and not things like what we were there for. would never want to see her again
I cannot even start with how bad my experience was with this office as a whole. When you are seeing a specialist with DIGESTIVE PROBLEMS....you would think there would be a sense of immediacy to help you solve your issue. Firstly, it took a month to even get into see the doctor! There is absolutely NO follow through with test results. After an emergency room visit, I called to follow up with the doctor, and was told that "He was on vacation". Why bother checking in online? Made an “appt” for 2pm. Walked in at 1:50. Other people walked in after my appointment time, and they’ve all been taken back already. Here I am at 2:18 on my 45 minute lunch break and I am still waiting to be seen.
The receptionists are rude and extremely unhelpful!!! The one doctor I had was dressed like he was about to leave for a beach vacation, and didn’t even look at my sprained ankle... On top of all of that, I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room, while listening to all the nurses and staff laughing and talking behind the door. I just don’t understand why I had to wait so long for them to finish their social hour...
I begged Dr. Amber Meyers to help give me answers! I have Moebius Syndrome and at 44 my body is riddled with pain! Instead of helping, she made me addicted to pain meds and then acted like I was a bad person! I have dedicated my life to loving on others...I am far from a bad person! I just needed help! I needed her to care about what is happening to my body, what is wrong? I can't take it anymore..and I told her that! If anything happens to me...she has my blood on her hands!
Terrrible. Have had lower back pain for several months. Had previously seen doctor, been given steroid medication and told to take anti inflammatories. Did that. Nothing happened. Fast forward to today. Go in and explain to them what was going on. That nothing I have been doing has been providing me any relief. Ended up just being told to take anti inflammatories. Which I had JUST told her we’re doing absolutely nothing for me. Instead she refers to me spine center for cortisone injections. What are you going to inject when ... read more
