Bloodwork orders were to be sent in by Dr Jaubran, only one was sent. Scheduled CT Scan, but needed bloodwork before having it done. Ended up having to cancel because no one would call me back about getting the orders for the bloodwork. That was almost a week ago that I called and left several messages. Still haven't heard anything from his office. Going somewhere else. Totally unacceptable patient care.

If you want to feel worst after then before going in... By all means go to this office. License should be revoked.

I used this office over the course of several years, and I'm not sure about the other doctors in this practice, but I had problems with Dr. Joubran dismissing my concerns, not offering much help or treatment options. Nothing much showed up on my endoscopy and colonoscopy, and they said "it must be IBS" without offering a follow up to discuss treatment options or diet changes (like a low fodmap diet). Not concerned with the patient one bit. I was seen by a P.A. in gillette and was told he would be getting ahold of me soon after looking at the x-rays from an E.R. visit I had and never heard from them again until I canceled the next appointment. And when they called after that to see why I canceled they didn't even want to here what I had to say because the gal was "just in scheduling." Poor patient care.
