Went to pickup a prep kit for a procedure I have coming up in a couple days. Called on the phone saying I was going to pickup the prep kit and confirmed they closed at 5. I had to work today so I did everything I can to leave work early so I can make it in time to receive what I needed. I enter the building around 4:35 and the door is locked.
