The absolute worst telephone customer service. Called five times to make an appointment. All five times was put on a hold que and waited and waited and never a response. Finally drove in person to the Airways office and got the appointment.

So I read a post saying that Gastro One is sending letters to make up for their lost revenue because of COVID-19. I got a letter thinking it was nice to be checked on but it appears you all were just checking in on my pockets. I’ll drive to Mars before I patronize Gastro One again. Especially after losing a mother to colon cancer my GI health is very important to me but that’s just disgusting. I’d much rather see you all giving back than preying on your patients pockets.
