This is worst facility and doctors I have ever experienced. Went there for a colonoscopy. First it took the 7 sticks to start and IV, then after I followed the 5 day prep instructions to the letter, they said I wasn’t cleaned out and wanted me to do 2 more days prep and have it done again. This place was where the hospital sent me to. I never met a doctor from this place while in the hospital, the day of the procedure I saw the “doctor” doing the procedure talked with me for about 10 seconds. This place needs new management, they call numerous times to set the same appointment. Then to say there’s no appointment for the day of the appointment? Ridiculous, unprofessional staff. In addition, I called numerous times to have my medical records emailed to our new specialist and after asking numerous times they over promise and under deliver. And never sent the records. I had to personally go to this location an hour away to be charged $1 per sheet of my records. Two pages were empty and they couldn’t print on both sid... read more
The Veterans administration sent me to this place through community care. Had to wait over an hour after my appointment time.The office staff doesn't return my calls or answer their phones. Wouldn't recommend this place.
Very nice staff but they need to adjust the amount of people they schedule for appointments. Every single time I have been there I have to wait at least an hour and a half and in most cases over two hours. This shows a complete lack of respect to the patient. When you check in they also do not tell you how far behind they are. I do have other things to do as do most people and this is a huge inconvenience and just plain wrong to do to people. We waited over an hour from our scheduled appt and not one from the staff apologized for such a long time. Not too mention how cold it was to us as well as other waiting patients. Guess they really don't care about their patients or patients time. If we are late to an Appt or cancel , we have to pay if they're waisting our time or well. Well it's Appt day for procedure our Appt was 815 he was taken back at 943. The receptionist didn't bother to tell them waiting patients that they were running behind.
