They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music
