Very accommodating, I needed an urgent visit. They had me come in in an hour and a half after I called. Dr Liu was very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed there. He assured me he would address what was ailing me and more, and that's exactly what he did. Gave me a complimentary Laser treatment for pain in my foot/ ankle and more. I would definitely recommend this practice. All office Staff was very nice and attentive.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Mike Liu he is not only highly skilled but also has a fantastic bedside manner. He listened carefully to my concerns about my foot injury / corn/ wart and provided immediate, effective relief. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and the office is inviting and they made sure I understood my at-home care instructions in a caring manner.The office is clean, efficient, and runs right on time. Highly recommended for anyone needing foot care, it’s clear he’s gifted.
From the schedule of my appointment to the day, everything was handled with efficiency. Insurance benefits and copay were clearly discussed. Dr listened attentively and spoke with care. I was provided a secure boot and instruction on how to care for my broken toe. Dr also provided options for therapy. I’m very thankful for the care provided and look to recover soon with all necessary aids.
Dr.Liu is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and completely professional. He also possesses amazing personal skills explaining each and every procedure in depth with kindness and genuine concern. I must add that he invited questions that I might have, as a patient, and insisted upon addressing any concerns or questions that I had. . His staff was equally as skilled and kind. I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly.
Dr. Liu is truly an exceptional doctor! His professionalism and warm bedside manner make every visit a comforting experience. It's not just his medical expertise that sets him apart, but also the thoughtful touches he adds, like providing cold drinks and chocolate for his guests. It's these little gestures that reflect his genuine care for his patients and create a welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
