My daughter stepped on something on the beach. We saw numerous doctors who couldn’t deal with the issue. Her foot swelled, she couldn’t walk and was in pain for weeks. An orthopedic surgeon wanted to put her on 2 rounds of antibiotics and do an xray. Before doing this, we decided to try Dr. Liu. He removed the foreign body in her foot, and she felt immediate relief. No x-ray, no antibiotics, and he listened. Dr. Liu and his team are fantastic! My treatment felt very personalized, and I never felt rushed during my visits. He took the time to thoroughly address my concerns, helped manage my pain, answer any questions I had, and provided custom orthotics that fit my favorite shoes perfectly. The office is well-organized—I’ve never had a long wait, if any—and they send helpful appointment reminders. I highly recommend Dr. Liu for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring podiatrist!
My daughter had an ingrown toe nail that became infected so I called Dr. Liu's office and they were able to get her an appointment right away even though she was never been seen by him before. My daughter was very nervous but Dr. Liu made her feel very comfortable by thoroughly explaining what he was doing to her toe to make it better. He has a wonderful bedside manor and is great doctor!
I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Liu for his exceptional care and kindness toward my son. My son was feeling very nervous about his appointment, but Dr. Liu made him feel at ease with his calm demeanor and thoughtful approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my son felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I am grateful to have been able to make a same-day appointment with Dr. Liu. He and his staff were kind and courteous and able to accommodate me and my three kids (who had to join me at my appointment). The office is clean and modern, and the kids were very happy to watch Netflix and indulge in some holiday candy while we were there.
