I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Liu and his entire team. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. They are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Mike Liu he is not only highly skilled but also has a fantastic bedside manner. He listened carefully to my concerns about my foot injury / corn/ wart and provided immediate, effective relief. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and the office is inviting and they made sure I understood my at-home care instructions in a caring manner.The office is clean, efficient, and runs right on time. From the schedule of my appointment to the day, everything was handled with efficiency. Insurance benefits and copay were clearly discussed. Dr listened attentively and spoke with care. I was provided a secure boot and instruction on how to care for my broken toe. Dr also provided options for therapy. I’m very thankful for the care provided and look to recover soon with all necessary aids.
Dr. Liu strikes a very careful balance of speed and efficiency but also detailed and effective care. From the moment he enters the room, he's locked in on you and your needs and within minutes, you're either being treated or a plan for your treatment is underway. In short, he is an excellent podiatrist and you can have confidence he will take great care of you.
