Very accommodating, I needed an urgent visit. They had me come in in an hour and a half after I called. Dr Liu was very professional and friendly. I felt welcomed there. He assured me he would address what was ailing me and more, and that's exactly what he did. Gave me a complimentary Laser treatment for pain in my foot/ ankle and more. I would definitely recommend this practice. All office Staff was very nice and attentive.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Mike Liu he is not only highly skilled but also has a fantastic bedside manner. He listened carefully to my concerns about my foot injury / corn/ wart and provided immediate, effective relief. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and the office is inviting and they made sure I understood my at-home care instructions in a caring manner.The office is clean, efficient, and runs right on time. Highly recommended for anyone needing foot care, it’s clear he’s gifted.
Dr Liu is extremely down to earth and knowledgeable. He really shows compassion and has incredible bed side manner. He really shows he cares. He treats you as if you were a friend or family member. His office staff are all so kind and friendly. I’m very happy to have found such an excellent doctor. I feel confident his treatment will get me better!
Excellent first visit to podiatry office, first encounter with reception was fantastic, I was able to fill out new patient forms online prior to the appointment. Bottle water available in the waiting area, after a short wait, I was escorted to exam room. I was immediately greeted by Dr Liu who went over my medical history and current reason for my visit. Dr. Liu is a very professional and a great doctor. He made me feel better and relieved my pain in the first visit. His staff is also very friendly and professional too. I give his office my highest recommendation for anyone needing his help especially diabetics.
