Just had my third colonoscopy with Dr. Gaston. He’s the best! A total pro and the nicest guy.
Excellent service! Everyone on Dr Gaston’s staff was very competent and helpful. Lesley, Kailey, Ashley, Dr Friesen, Kara, Arielle & Jenny were all just great! I highly recommend Dr Gaston & his staff.
Had an appt on Aug 27. Was experiencing some stomach problems. Dr. Gaston took about 5 minutes to say it was just a bowel problem,and told me to get some (high dollar) probiotics, and that should take care of the problem. He didn't even examine me. Well long story short. On Aug 29, I was in such severe pain, they had to take me by ambulance to the hospital. I was diagnosed with C_DEF. I just got home from my surgery with my hero Dr Gaston!! Thank you so much for taking care of me on my second hernia operation! You are a great surgeon and your bedside manor is just great..you make your patients feel very comfortable. A special thanks to your team at Ridgewood..that took great care of me! My husband was required to check into Dr. office 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment. Then made to wait an entire hour after appointment time. Checked with reception 2 x's while waiting; only to witness another client check-in & be seen in less than 5 minutes...DURING MY HUSBAND'S APPT TIME! The Dr. spent less than 10 minutes. So total time was 1 & 1/2 hour waiting; less than 10 minutes w/ Dr., for a total time of 1 hr 45 min. How valuable is your time to you?
Dr. Gaston had done my colonoscopies. I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I suffered very painful attacks. Dr. Gaston removed the affected part of my colon. He is wonderful. I love his bedside manner and his caring attitude. He also has a wonderful staff.
There was some confusion as to whether or not I had an consultation appointment or scheduled for a procedure. When we told Dr. Gaston that I had already prepped for the procedure, he changed up his schedule to perform the procedure. Something that happens rarely in today's world. Kudos to this gentleman. I had to beg him to go in and check my hernia mesh repair. All he wanted was to send me to pain management. Well he did. 2 hours and 45 minutes surgery. Yes it was messed up. So he went ahead and put a different mesh in me after I said no more. Being this is the third time. Well couple months later having problems again. Again all he wants me to do is pain management. He don't do what's best for his clients.
