In February 2025 Gassen did an auto debit of my assn dues 2x, 5 days apart. I contacted my bank after Gassen said it had nothing to do with them. My bank reversed the 2nd charge. Now Gassen is claiming I owe them the $. I have twice provided bank records showing the month of February was PAID. I have not received any help from them other than them insisting I still owe. I thought one person was going to help me with this after she saw the bank records but then I get a statement with the balance, a NSF charge and a late fee. ... read more

Rude & disrespectful people, from our board to Gassen Company. You ask questions at a meeting you are told you do not have the right to speak. You call for questions, your are told they gave you an answer, if you did not like it, to bad, will not answer again. Then what we pay for HOA fee's are a joke, like snowplowing we go days before we even get a path, to get out of our driveways. Looking at our accounting statements, something is not adding up. No one is accountable.

Gassen HOA Management has managed my HOA paperwork for 10 years. They continue to increase the cost of their services without providing any additional services. They make mistakes that cost people money and time only to blame someone else they hired to do the job. They are very hard to communicate with, email and VM are the only options. I was on my HOA board and had to deal with multiple employees of Gassen because the employee turn over is high.
