I have had very positive experiences with Gassen's Association Manager, Wendy Upsher. Whenever I send an email with questions, she responds in an extremely punctual manner, which is very much appreciated! We recently submitted a form for Board approval on an exterior project that we are having done, & Wendy was always very attentive to keeping us updated on the status of the approval. Wendy is definitely an asset to the company - great customer service!
Gassen has been great to work with, but wanted to add that the most recent manager Wendy has been phenomenal with her communication and assistance. Since her introduction email she has been very responsive and helpful and it’s appreciated.
