I work for a builder and often assist homeowners with issues as they arise when it comes to approvals and getting questions answered from their HOA. Back in July I was informed the community had decided to switch to Gassen Management on 8/1/25 to replace their current HOA management provider. Will not refund maintenance fee charged. Switched billing systems and charged a late fee for the maintenance they never sent an official notice about. No proof of a maintenance issue was presented. Had to wait a month to see it on a new billing system. Do not respond or take time to respond to ground request but quick to charge a fee. Terrible HOA.
They charge a fee when you pay your association dues with a direct ACH transfer from your bank account. You can avoid this by having your bank send a check but then they wait over a week to process your payment hoping that you will pay twice. Scam.
Our Association has been working with Gassen for over a year and a half now and have been very pleased with every representative I have had the opportunity to work with. Professional, caring, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Happy with our choice to hire Gassen as our management company.
Avoid using this management company PLEASE! They don't follow through with promises when you sign up with them on how they will manage your property. Staff is horrible.
