Very rude over the phone, I understand trying not to waste someone’s time but he doesn’t listen before interjecting. Not installing parts unless it’s their own is suspicious & does validate my concern expressed by others that they use cheap parts-
Best and most honest mechanics around. I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive repairs.
Told that quality OEM coils would be installed and was charged $95 each, for a total $285. Instead 3 cheap coils with no name on part other than part#5112 which I found is a brand called Karin STI which I never heard of and found on ebay/Amazon $25 each for total cost $75 were installed back in 2020. The coil that failed had only 24,000 miles, when coils should last to 90K miles.
