This is the worst apartment building I have ever lived in. I've rented in many places, but never had so many problems. First, the noise is intolerable. I had a couple living above me and I heard everything (and I do mean everything) they did in their apartment. If you are a couple and want some privacy, this is not the building to rent in. Then there are the parties late at night in the enclosed Courtyard, which echoes into your apartment. Barking dogs.
