Great customer service, good installation and the guys were wonderful and kind. Thank you Corey for explaining the fireplace when quote was done.
Not the greatest experience, the technician broke the front door handle and didn't fix it, and also let the cat out and didn't mention it. Overall fairly disappointing.
Shawn and Brendan installed our Westport Cast Iron propane fireplace today. They were professional, efficient and took great care to make sure the installation was perfect. Everything about the operation of the unit was explained to us and we are so pleased with finished product. So glad we went with Gas Plus for this addition to our cottage. Highly recommended!
Gas Plus has been servicing our water heater and gas fireplace since we bought our home 30 years ago. In 2003, they installed an air conditioner. Over all this time, we have had nothing but superior service from them for all our equipment. In our "heat storm" this week, our A/C unit began to leak. I called them on Wednesday. Charged me 200 for nothing after a basement flood. Came and said I needed a new motor for my furnace @$2000. The tech never touched the wiring harness which I replaced for $17 and the furnace is working perfectly. This used to be a good business when Kelly owned it but now it's useless. Techs don't know anything, they don't answer calls and are only interested in replacing units. Stay clear, there is much better available.
