Friendly and knowledgeable service
We recently had Gas Plus install a new furnace and two air conditioning units in our home. We were extremely happy with the friendly, knowledgeable, professional and prompt customer service that we received from Cory, Amanda, Shawn and Harold. The installation went smoothly and Shawn and Harold were very efficient and answered all our questions. Thank you everyone.
We needed to have our old 33” gas fireplace replaced as it simply was not meeting our heating needs at our home in Sauble Beach. Corey and the team at Gas Plus Owen Sound were our first choice after shopping around. They installed a new 36” Heat and Glo gas fireplace and we are extremely happy with the results. We have been long time customers of Gas Plus. We appreciate their high level of service and prompt responsiveness. This morning Cory came to our house to look at our air conditioner unit which for some reason had stopped working. I expected to having to purchase a new unit, but Cory carefully inspected everything and found that the switch in the electrical panel was turned off unbeknown to us.
