Tom was helpful! He got our gas logs working on a remote again without even having to make a service call!!
Someone came out the same day I called. He got my gas fireplace up and running. He was professional, efficient and friendly. He also carefully instructed me on how to operate the fireplace. All at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
Beware do not trust this company, they are far from being professional. The owner of the company name is tom smith , He came out to my home to relevel it and did a horrible job , he screwed up my from door. and when I tried to get him to refund my money he quit answering the phone.
Incredible customer service, not sure I've ever experienced anything like it. I called to explain a problem that I knew was a complex issue, assuming we would schedule an appointment to have it fixed. Instead he talked me through the whole situation, then went back to the office to investigate solutions based on the equipment he has in the shop. He then called me back with advice on how I could try to easily fix it myself. When that didn't work, I emailed photos and he offered to facetime to again help me take of it myself. ... read more
