I’ve done business with Gasbike for years now and my overall conclusion is that it’s very hit AND miss. I’ve bought stuff from them that came in with extra pieces that I didn’t order, stuff that came in damaged, and stuff that never came in at all. Contacting them for “support” is an effort in futility as they just let the phone ring for 10-15 minutes before hanging up. Motor kit can’t be used on public roads. Found out afterwards cause they have a fake sales timer. Can’t return cause shipping and restocking fees amount about 200 I paid 349 plus tax. They Operate under different names and have a f plus business rating with bbb and bunch of disputes filed. Better off buying from reputable company
If you are thinking of buying this bike, read this entire review. There is no doubt in my mind you will feel my pain The day it came, I put it together. It was a piece of cake! Adding the motor, the wheels, the oil, and the seat (everything else comes pre-assembled). It looked terrific when I finished. It started right up on the 3rd pull. Horrible customer service and way longer than expected processing time. Purchase 1 tire 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Sent 5 emails and not 1 response. So I will now pursue a chargeback against them.
Absolutely awful. After three weeks of waiting for my order, they sent a completely different item than I purchased without contacting me to see if it was a suitable substitute. It wasn't. It doesn't even have the same functions. It took days to get an email from someone saying to call a customer service line that hangs up on you while you wait. Do not order from this company.
