Nice, Explained everything well, listened to my concerns
I would not recommend Dr. Garzon. I was very, very disappointed with my experience and will never go back.
My 14yr old daughter was a new first time patient and we had a great experience. She and someone else examined my daughter and made her feel comfortable. She was friendly and very informative. She gave us a treatment to follow so we’ll see if it helps. Our appointment was on time and didn’t last more than 20 mins.
Tried to push a medicine on my newborn that would have possibly had severe side effects. Would have been trading one problem for another. I believe she wanted him as part of a study she was doing. I don’t recommend her and her team was rude and pushy when we didn’t go through with the treatment they suggested
The most unprofessional experience! DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN. She has zero bedside manner and is a terrible dermatologist. She made my two toddlers wait 45 minutes in an empty room in nothing but hospital gowns before entering the room. She was rude to me, my children and my caregiver. Everything she claimed to do to “help” gave them permanent scarring. I have lived in NYC my entire life and have NEVER had such an awful medical experience.
Dr. Garzon is a wonderful doctor to consider for your child! My daughter was a first time patient, & I was so impressed and delighted by her bedside manner and the way she addressed my daughter directly. She greeted my daughter warmly upon entering and explained what she does and how she can help, she continued to explain all she was doing and looking at to my daughter in a format she could understand and be comfortable with. I'm so delighted by I highly recommend!
This is been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office. I came in regarding my 16-month-old daughter. The doctor is impossible to reach for follow-up. She had an assistant call and leave a message saying that tests showed my daughter didn’t have what she thought she had. No other suggestions. It’s been five weeks. I’ve left six messages. Meanwhile when we were there the dr was dismissive at best.
