Very good Doctor
My grandmother is a patient of this doctor and she seems to like her, but her staff is horrible. My grandmother lost her appointment card so I called the office to ask for the date of her next appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude and annoyed by the fact that I was asking for something so minimal. When I repeated back the appointment date and time to confirm that I received the correct information, she yelled the time of the appointment at me and hung up. Very unprofessional.
Do not bother to book an appointment. They overbook and as the nurse/receptionist put it, the doctor only likes to see patients in the morning...so a 2 hour wait time is normal. Needless to say, I find this unacceptable and very unethical. The waiting room also exceeds the legal capacity and people are standing in there as well as the hallway, really classy.
