I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office always smells clean. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've already told my friends and family about the good experience I had there. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always dress professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional ... read more

I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
