I purchased a preowned home. Gary’s was used to do the required termite inspection. They arrived at the appointment before I did. When I arrived their rep showed me a plastic ziplock bag containing a piece of wood with termites and he claimed it was from under the house. He then said I needed to have the house treated. I declined and because of my own prior termite inspection training and experience, did my own inspection. Zero evidence of termites. Get second and third opinions.
The owner is very disrespectful and rude. They are not professional at all! Have dishonest pricing and HORRIBLE service.
