My "quick" lube took about 45 min. Had too many jobs going at one time. The kicker for me, I got a call to come back because they "forgot" to put some bolts back on. Transfer case and transmission, nothing major right? Fortunately for me we hadn't driven very far. For our trouble a free car wash. Could have ruined the car. Will never go back most of the help should not be working on cars. Totally over priced.

Had to pay $48 dollars for a oil change with non synthetic oil about double what other quick change places charge. Won't ever go there again
Got an automatic car wash today, when we got home we noticed a black film on the roof and hood. This was not there when we came in. It wasn't tree sap, either, we are never parked near/under trees. The shop tried to say they were not responsible, but we suspect the wash sponges were dirty then a clear coat wax sealed in the dirt. Have always liked Gary's, until today. Won't go back, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
