Interested in a car. Discussed purchase with Tim. Came to mutual agreement on price and purchase date - I would fly in from out of town to buy the car. He even agreed to pick me up at the airport. Went ahead and purchased the ticket. The very next day he sold the car to someone else. No disclosure of another interested party, no heads up, no remediation.
They do such a great job with our three cars. We love them!
