The absolute best butcher shop in the east burg and stroudsburg area definitely miss it
excellent meats for your grillin season , and other seasons as well !
Of course their pork products are wonderful. We always buy our baby backs here and their strip steaks for a real treat. Small but interesting selection of Amish grocery items. So glad it is just down the road a bit from our development.

First time there yesterday... I got some of the biggest, nicest chicken breasts I have ever seen!! Bought appx. 11# and when I trimmed them I had VERY little waste!!! Thrilled to have had this place recommend to me!!
