i like the place. never once had a problem. been buing there for years. not sure why some people think it okay to complain.

This is a wonderful floral shop, its decor is fabulous. The window displays are done by a professional who won honors at the OKC design school. The owner is the ONLY Oklahoma Master Floristin this town and has won several awards. I have been very happy with all the arrangements and plants I have sent and I have been acustomer for more than fifteen years. I recommend this shop highly. The personnel have always been friendly and always takes care of my orders with that extra care.
I dont know the gentlemans name that I just talked to at Garys Flowers, but he was extremely RUDE!!! He sounded like he was perturbed that I was wanting to order something from him...hey...if you dont want business just say so but dont be rude. The owner of this business is the most arrogant, rude and clueless person I have ever met. I came into the store to buy some flowers for my wife. I told him what I wanted and he actually told me that my idea was stupid. Before killing the idiot, I thought it better to just leave. Dont go there unless you want to ruin your day.
When I was getting married I called Garys and set up an appointment to come in and talk about the flowers for my wedding. Once I got there, the owner was sitting down eating. I was told that I did not have an appointment, even though the receptionist remembered me calling (she later said she thinks she did not write it down). Hello, this is to let all know how bad the service is at this florist shop. When my dad died my family got a call from this shop and was told that he had an arrangement for us. We live in ardmore near lake murray. Well my family told him to go ahead and bring it and we was told no that we needed to pick up the arrngement.
