0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Nothing was good about this process. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality A piece fell off after receiving the car back. They returned car to us with a dead battery that will no longer hold a charge. They’ve still not called us to bring it in the fix that piece yet. They had us bring the car in for an estimate and to see what parts they would need. They ended up keeping the car an extra month and the price is like 6 times the amount of the estimate. Someone tried to pry a part off from the inside front passenger door panel which was not the damaged door. While fixing the door the sensor to open door with key was damaged and had to be replaced and reprogrammed. 1.5 Star : Customer Service One excuse after another
