Gary's is a great place around here: an honest mechanic who doesn't try to upsell extra things, and lets you know just about how long before you "need" parts replaced. Decent prices, great staff, and a welcome soda and a bag of chips when you drop off or pick up. Great group. I came in for a cracked ABS Trigger Wheel, they showed me the CV axle itself was damaged, and were able to have my vehicle repaired and ready to go hours same day with no problems. This was my first visit at Gary’s Automotive and I will add it will not my be last! I came in for an oil change and received a complimentary “check up” on my vehicle! I was explained every part of the check up as to what is looking good to what will need future attention. In previous experiences at the Dealership service center, I never had someone really take the time to thoroughly go over things with me like they do at Gary’s! The service provided by Gary’s Auotmotive can only be described with one word. OUTSTANDING! I received an repair estimate from a Lexus dealership that was flat out criminal with overcharges and erroneous information so I took my car to Gary’s who provided me with an accurate information and an estimate that was over 50% percent less than the dealership estimate. A special shout out to Tony who was great.
